The whole studio all to yourself!! INCLUDING all of the amazing Poppet Project permanent stations of painting on easels, painting on the plexi wall, sensory, orbeez, tinkering, magnet wall, and hot glue station. PLUS 4 custom stations from the list below!
We open the party room and include our birthday decor (please see below), cups, plates, napkins and utensils, (ice is not included but a cooler is available for use). Also included are 4 custom stations (please see below) chosen by the birthday child. Children take home all projects they make at the studio.
Rates:
The cost is $450 per hour, up to 15 children and $45 per child over 15 children. We have a 2 hour minimum for parties. We also offer half hour, prorated, increments.
For all parties, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required to book the date. All prices are plus tax. The processing of your deposit confirms your party date and time. Dates may not be changed within 60 days of the party.

Quick Party F.A.Q.’s
How long are typical parties?
2.5 hours is the average for children turning 2-5 years old.
3 hours is the average for Children 6 and older.
How early may I arrive to set up?
We allow 30 minutes prior to the start of the party. If you are using a party planner or bringing in
extra furniture, balloon arches, coffee cart, full bar etc. please let us know at the time of booking
as the studio will need to be rented for additional set up time.
When do I need to tell you how many children will attend?
We would love to have an approximate number (within 10 or 15 children) within a week but we
are always prepared for at least 25 children.
What is the maximum number of children allowed?
The studio, legally, can accommodate up to 100 guests (children and adults). The party pricing
is based upon the number of children attending.
Do you have a cooler?
We do! Two coolers. One for children’s drinks and one for adult beverages should you choose to
bring them.
Do you have a freezer?
No, sorry.
Do you provide ice?
If requested, we can buy ice and add the price to your final balance.
May I bring in alcoholic beverages?
Because you have rented the studio, you can bring in any food and drinks you choose.
May I extend the length of the party while the party is in progress?
As long as there is not another party directly following yours, absolutely!
May I bring in outside vendors?
Yes, any vendor you would like.
Is my deposit refundable?
No, sorry.
Do you offer goodie bags?
We can provide custom goodie bags if requested.
Do I need plates, cups, utensils?
We provide cups, plates, napkins and utensils. They are color coordinated to whichever Poppet
Project included decor you choose
Can I change the date/time of my party?
We do not allow changes within 60 days of the party date.
How many stations are included in my party?
4 custom stations are included, in addition to all open studio stations (ie: painting, magnet wall,
tinker station)
Do I have to clean up after my party?
We help clean up and we load your car.

Will there be anyone to help me set up before my party?
Absolutely! As soon as we have the studio clean and stations set up, we help set up anything
you need (excluding food)
Does your staff help kids with the activities?
We do! We have a Poppet Project team member at each station to help.
When should I serve food/cake at my party?
We suggest having the food out and available throughout the party as the children eat at
different times. We gather all guests 30 minutes prior to the end of the party to sing happy
birthday and cut the cake. During this, we clear and clean off all stations so everyone can sit
and have cake.
What is NOT allowed in the studio?
Chewing gum, confetti, or frowns 🙂
